No, they didn’t ask for any. I’m from a visa exempt country so I don’t know if that changes anything. Also to Sabrizie; my confirmation email also included that text about the ETA. I had a valid ETA, but it looks like they renewed it for me along with the OWP.

I used the November issue. I think that the February issue were released around the 27th. I’ve heard on another post that they accept the current version or the previous version.
