Hi, can we change our preferred province in Express entry? I have selected all provinces, Just wondering if can change to Alberta only. Husband's sister in Alberta though Not sure about his NOC which is 1121 HR professional.

My score is definitely lower than this due to the education factor. Plus I don't think I would be eligible for Express entry as don't have a blood relation except for a sister-in-law. Just wondering if any province accepts EOI for this particular NOC. WIthout any express entry of course.

Yes, I understand that. It's just that this particular NOC 1121 has not received NOIs from Alberta yet in my opinion. But finger crossed and hoping for the best.

CRS is low 308. He has done a Master's but equivalent to a bachelor's in Canada. I haven't seen NOIs in this NOC yet.
