I just want to mention that I responded to a CIC email on Apr-19 to set up my account for the PR confirmation portal, and heard nothing back until today. I sent a follow up message this morning asking if they needed further details, and they replied within an hour with my account login...

Oh that's great news! I honestly don't trust the GC key status at all anymore. Mine still says they are reviewing eligibility, even though I have the Eligibility Passed letter. lol

Congrats!! This morning I received AIP, and my sponsor also received SA confirmation. Still waiting on BGC to complete, but it's a huge relief to get this far.

Yes, biometrics have been requested from many June applicants. A good number of medical exam requests have been sent out too.

No, I don't think any July applicants received approval yet. According to the community spreadsheet [link], some April applicants have been approved in principle, but none from May or later.

Mine will cost just about $400 for the exam and tests. Also, the receptionist told me they received about 50 bookings the day before my call, and this particular clinic is not accepting appointments from people living outside the city we're in. There aren't any other panel physicians in my area...

Does anyone know if I have to wait for my sponsor to file his taxes for 2019 before submitting? We have his T4 Statement of Income from 2018, but his employer hasn't yet provided the same for 2019, so he can't file yet. I would like to include his 2018 T4 with a note indicating we will forward...
