It depends upon the academic year of the university or college as some university have 3 semester in 1 year so you have to pay fee of 3 semester to apply in SDS but in case of university tuition fee of 2 semester is more than enough as you can apply in university category which is also good option.

But according to canadian norms 2 semester=8 months is considered as 1 year. Its creating a lot of confusion. Because of this i have to pay 25000$ to file study permit in SDS which is alot.
