You need to submit your medical along with other documents after ITA, it is mandatory is what i know. IRCC will only request for biometrics and re medical if you are close to expiry of the existing one.

One ghost update was right after MEP passed on 20th May and the second was on 3rd August.

The reply from Ralph for you shows Eligibility and security not started and for me the reply is Eligibility and security have not been initiated. Are both these terms different or they mean the same?
