    Why is it not a guanteed if all requirements are met? 1.Does the couple have to have a savings?.if yes how much?. 2.can they both work or does one partner have to be in school..full or parttime student? 3.How long do they have to co.habit?

    But if 2 international student are on a study permit why do they want to risk the situation and apply for a SOWP. When they cannot sponsor each other anyway.so they may aswell finish school.i read it somewhere that its hard to do that

    Wouldnt the visa officer wonder and ask the same questions.maybe think you and gf up to something..im no expert but IMO you and your gf have no problem. just live together until you finish school and get your pgwp and move from there.

    Not sure what you mean by sponsorship..but a friend of friend had his GIC.and tuition paid by his Canadian Citizen girlfriend (now his wife) and the VO never asked any questions and was approved

    thanks..can i visit the USA or i need a visa?..is it hard to get a visa to just visit the USA to see friends if im studying in canada..im from India.how long it takes to get visa. Same day or weeks?

    ~does it mean i cant leave ONTARIO to study, visit or live ? ~why does it say Ontario? immigration is Federal government is this on other internatonal student study permit?
