LMIA application processing time?
Hello, guys. I'm confused a little bit. Could you explain me please, If i worked in Canada from Dec.2018 (i have Open work Permit visa), could I apply for LMIA to get score for Express Entry? Or application for LMIA could only be valid before work starts? thank you- clayman2000
