I know that but what is weird is that people recieved their AOR after I did and had received their invitation before me. I know it depends on the location, but doesn't make sense to me !!

Guys... My app is in Process since april 23rd.. and I am located in Nova Scotia . Is this normal or should I give them a nudge ?!! Three months and few days so far.. and still waiting for the test invite !

You're right it feels like they stopped processing all applications. I dont know whats going on with them.

Quick question do they send any notification when the status changes to IP or we just have to keep checking ECAS ?

Man you just need to be patient. Sometimes it takes up to 80 days and little more to hear back from them , either to get AOR or return of application. Yours assumingly hasn't been on the wait for that long just give it few more weeks and I am sure you will hear good news. Otherwise contact them...

Does anynody here from Feb 2019 applicants have recieved IP status after gettingAOR ?

I am in Nova Scotia Im not sure about the rate of applications in the province but im pretty sure its less than those big cities you have mentionned. I will update you guys when I recieve next notification from IRCC.
