@DelPiero07 I am seeing in CIC website that quebec will only select its immigrants. Moreover, I am seeing in other websites that without csq govt facilities like insurance.. schooling are not available. Thats the reason asked.

Hi, I also got the mail at 6.30am today. They have mentioned that I can submit the passport in one of vfs offices. If I am in canada, then there is also an option to drop the passport in cpc ottawa.. asper the email.
