My question is this that if i send my transcripts again will they start entire evaluation process all over again...

    :(I sent my documents to wes on 23 feb to which they updated the status of recieved 3 March. Since then my documents are in progress. the in progress date has been changed two times. last updated was 21 March. My pnp is opening this month. Can someone tell me whether i will get my ECA before...
