Exactly.. I asked my agent.. She said that the college hasn't started issuing offer letters for idp slot.. I applied through idp.

I'm from delhi.. I got offer letter for ISI college montreal but I'm not going there.. It was my last option

Can someone please help me.. I applied 3 weeks ago for a course and after one week i got a mail that my application is set to pending as seats are full.. If there will be seats available within 30 days.. Then my file will be reviewed... But my friend applied 2 weeks back in same course.. And got...

But i have applied through an agent and they haven't started offering offer letters for applications submitted through agents.
