We seriously don’t know, considering we only sent him all the above around less than a month ago they are all new and updated and as i mentioned before we are married for 11 years and have 3 children!!!!

We dont know what to send them anymore We already sent pics, letters from land lord and friends, joint bank account statement, house rental agreement which has both our names!!!! Its all in mississauga...

So today we got a procedural fairness letter from the ircc It says that the agent is not satisfied that we are cohabiting together even after all the docs i sent and our pics together along with our 3 children!!!! Wonder that would be the next step to prove to those agents that we are together

Yes, we applied 2 months after moving here. My husband is not worried about because as you said there are no reason disqualification and we know alot of cases where a wife sponsored her husband or the opposite with 0 income

Is this like official thing or this is how you think what looking for? Because every other sponsorship program which requires financial support only looks at one year time span

I thought that spouse sponsorship has no financial requirements and they only care that the sponsor is not being supported by the government...

We didnt have anything other than the rent contract and bank account info, as you know visitors here are not allowed to have many official proofs such as credit cards or medical papers, but according to their own check list what we submitted should be sufficient

We made sure submit with the application our bank statements that showed enough money to cover the living expenses for the next 2 years...

I would do my best to offer them, even though they should know better that living in the middle east and specially in countries like Saudi arabia or uae where they have strict laws and no one is allowed to have any kind of relationship other than marriage should be enough, not to mention that...

Thanks for the support guys, we will send them all the things we have including driving licences which prove that we live at the same address. Hopefully the travel history report from the CBSA for my husband wont take long to be issued.
