I am in the ame boat as well. Feb 12th application sent and for my spouse everything is completed. But for me everything is completed except Backgrouhnd check and Prohibitions. Not sure what to do. My office is SCR.

Our application is still pending. My spouse has everyting marked competed as on June 20, no update since then. I have everything complete, except, background and Prohibitons since june 20. NO updates. Im trying to call but cannot reach an agent.
