    Hi everyone, I was asking lar2019 to help with clarifying whether "cash in their RRSP’s. It counts as income." means withdrawing money from RRSP or putting more money into RRSP but lar2019 doesn't know. Can anyone help to clarify this? Thank you very much in advance.
