Hi We have the same timeline. I have exeperienced the same on March 21 ‘Application/Profile updated ‘ when i tried to open my CIC account. Wi tried to login again, it came up as Submitted. I was told its a Ghost update. My AR :October 13,2017. AOR: December 5, 2017 Ghost Update: March 21
