    i applied for visitors visa for my family... in my family my parents and my brother, his wife and two Children.. now after 1 one day they issue latter of biometrics for my parents. but my brother and his wife doesn't get these letter... what will be the reason behind these.. please help..

    i have to submit online application.now i complete all documents and upload it but as soon as i go to payment option suddenly my internet goes down. than again i re login it and see that may application is now not showing anything. is there any solution?
