T This estimation is minus cost of books and fees. The fees stated was 896

Want to apply by April ending. The tuition they stated in the offer letter was 6536 . So that is quite straight forward to state in IMM1294 but their estimation for cost of living they gave a range. And that range was based on off campus living if you are not sharing . (13410 - 17260)

That question is a portion of IMM 1294 you have to state an amount there even if you are sponsored.
