Submitted PR card renewal application January 7th, received card in mail on January 17th. Still no status change in the online portal - it still shows "submitted". Submitted my wife's application on Jan 3rd - still waiting on the card -- anyone know why this is the case and when it should arrive?

I have given my biometrics and paid for RPRF, but my account still says, "your action is required" and that I need to give fingerprints. However, it has the reference number on the very top right. any idea?
