For me, after that it changed into "Status changed" again the next day and it said "Final decision is made and your app is approved." So I'm sure you can get an OWP soon!!

It happened to me yesterday and today. It changed into "application/profile updated" and then changed back to "Submitted" yesterday. And today it just stayed at "Submitted" in the whole morning and back to "App/Profile Updated" and I clicked my app, checked the details, it said final decision...

I heard sometimes it takes more time to link OWP after you get AOR. Ppl said average is about 5 days. I'm sure you can link it very soon. Good luck!

For both PR & OWP, I put PA's UCI number and Family name with all capital letters and PA's passport Info. Until yesterday, I couldn't link OWP. It took 4 days for me to link that from the day I received AOR. I heard the average is 5 days. I'm sure you can link it early next week! Good luck!
