    I would say you have to go to the center and talk to them in person! I am sure there is something wrong. You don't need to contact the BC, you center should do this. That's why I encourage you to go there in person!

    It usually takes less than 21 days and you should be notified about any change by email. Contact your center and make sure they sent your request.
