App received: FEB 13th. AOR received: April 2nd

is it sponsor who has to link the account or principal applicant has to do it by themselves to link the account?

DO I need to do it from Principal Applicant CIC account or Sponsors Account?

Application sent along with OWP: FEB 11 2019 Received : FEB 13 2019. Waiting for AOR Earlier it use to be 1 month for acknowledgement. I am not sure how it is now. I believe 2 months? Anyone received acknowledgement with in a month recently?
