I am still waiting for IRCC`s reply , I wrote email to them but I think they won`t fix it. So I am ready for another application. Someone else experienced same issue too here in Shanghai.

hello i was refused due to the same problem. IRCC sent me refusal letter stating that i failed to provide biometrics before the deadline. I approached the VFS in Shanghai however no one seemed can explained that.
