Hello!! Are there any restrictions in terms of days - time of the day that we can flagpole in Thousand Islands?... can it be done on a Saturday?. What can be happening when I call CIC and after providing my application number and details through their automated system, they say 'With the information you've provided, we were unable to find your application".
