Last week Tuesday, My application moved from ‘we will let you know when we start your background check’ to ‘background check is in progress’ but I still have not gotten PPR. I heard some people get it within 24 hours of the background check change. Could there be a problem with my application?

Yes I did already, but the web form takes forever and I fear that they would make a decision before it gets to them .
