Did you send it from Canada or US? Mine was sent Feb 14 (I live in Canada) Received Feb 15 Status changed to approved Feb 28 Still waiting for passports

Hi there, Has anyone recently sent passports to Ottawa for PR? I got the email asking for passports on Feb 13, sent them on Feb 14 and wee received at CPC PO Box on Feb 15. I haven’t got any updates so far. Should I contact them?

Has anyone recently sent passports to CPC Ottawa for PR? I got the email asking for our passports on Feb 13th, 2019, sent them on Feb 14th and were received by Feb 15th, 2019. So far I haven't heard back from them. Should I contact them to check the status?
