    PPR to COPR Journey - PPR in JAN/FEB-19

    I sent in my passport after PPR mail on Feb 14th. Fedex tracking says the package has been delivered on Feb 15th. There is no update on my profile whether my passport has been received in CPC-Ottawa. Is this normal? Is there a way where I can confirm my passport has been received successfully?
