What to do to get student visa if you have less marks in graduation??

I have completed my graduation (bsc) in 2017 with 50% marks since 2017 i was preparing for some exam but i was not able to make in now i want to study in Canada i just wanna ask if i do improvement exam to increase my graduation marks does it will effect on my visa or my profile in any way?
