    No. The eligibility part in your profile only changes after your application is completely approved and finalized (when you receive PPR).

    I ordered GCMS notes on October 1 and have not received them yet. However, I had a phone call with an agent on September 30 and the agent said that my eligibility was passed. I will check it in detail after receiving my GCMS notes. My VO is Ottawa and AOR is July 25.
