Can you tell me about 750 hours ?

No ,I start working this January 2021,in cic website said, there are 2 criteria. a)120 hours from March-August 2020. B)750 hours from August 2020 to August 2021

Mean i can apply after reach 750 hours?, because i started working this January 202 as PSW,, and 40 hours per week, but still confused one of member in group above said ,i,m not going to be qualify even i will get those hours in June. Thank you for your assistance
