Anyone knows how long VFS takes to return passports after PPR. Handed in my passport on the 24th of May, they said it'll be ready in a week but will call or email for collection. It's been way over a week and when I checked the VFS tracker it says it's still in progress.

After saying all this. A few days later I got my PPR. 23rd May to be exact! Waiting for our passports to come back from VFS now.

Guys you won't believe what I woke up to this morning! Finally got my PPR mail!!!!!!! After 8.5months of waiting!!!!! And 5 ADRs!!!! I can't breathe! Handing over my passport today. Thank you so much to everyone for being there and giving me the strength everyday even though I gave up hope...

I started getting all these ADRs after I applied for my GCMS notes. Best thing to do is apply if you haven't. Atleast then it'll trigger your file. Mine ofcourse I have lost all hope because they seem to be asking the same forms over and over.

Guys, I'm giving up hope. Today I received another ADR requesting the same additional family information form. This is the 3rd time I'm sending this form with the same details. Either CIC officials are too dumb to read the same thing or they don't plan on giving me PPR. Wasted over 8months on...

They wanted a back dated bank statement mentioning that my first job salary was credited to the bank. See I was a banker but an outsourced employee and the bank I worked for doesn't give any letters or payslips on their letter heads. Maybe that's why they need these clarifications. I have 5...

I received another ADR on the 10th. 3rd ADR for now. They wanted references from the 1st job, a bank statement and new pay slips. I'm truly freaking out that all this is coming when I have a few days to my 8th month .

Guys, I think the GCMS notes work! I ordered them day before and got a mail for an ADR ( Additional family information IMM5406E). Last time I heard from them was in October 2018. I did raise a CSE a few weeks back. And that was it. Hopefully PPR is on its way!

True. My friend applied in November 2018 and got her PPR in March 2019. I don't understand why they don't clear their backlogs.

Guys. I have an issue. When I spoke to CIC in March, I was told Eligibility met, medicals passed, security pending. I called them now and was told medicals passed, no interview needed and they are reviewing eligibility and security hasn't started yet. Now I'm confused. Will be hitting 8months...

Cse was raised last week again, their response was the same generated response. "Everything is in order". Ordered Gcms notes but haven't received them yet
