Raise a ticket with Canada Post that you had important documents in it. Email CPC Ottawa directly and ask them if they have received it. You can also call IRCC and tell them about the situation. Canada Post has recently updated the tracking website, it could be because of that as well...

It should have been delivered. Call and check with IRCC by Monday next week. There is always a delay between delivered date and received by IRCC date. Mine was delivered on 11th Feb but IRCC received it on 20th Feb.

Did you ask for signature option as well? A lot of people who ask for the signature normally get the delivery update and time of delivery along with confirmation. If you did not have that option then chances are that they did not update the delivery status. I have seen on different forums that...

Even for me, it showed as signed and delivered but IRCC told me that they received it on 20th Feb! It was delivered on 11th Feb. That is why it is important to check with IRCC if they have received it because SCI is a third party. Try emailing them. They usually respond within 2 days.

I think you should call IRCC and ask for the confirmation of receipt of passport. If they have it, they will have it in the system.

If they do not give you an answer, you can always travel to your home country and come back with your documents.

You can apply for Bridging work Visa but the processing time is 80 days so you will probably get your passport back by that time. Also, if they issue you the COPR, they will cancel your BOWP application because the whole purpose of BOWP is to keep you in Canada WHILE your PR is being processed...

There is a delay between delivery and entry in the system. If application is approved, don't worry. Why March 11?

Call IRCC on Monday and tell them about your situation. Ask them to confirm if they have received your passport. If not, then ask them what steps you should take. Even I am stuck, my passport was delivered but not received by IRCC till date. I sent it on Feb 6.
