It happened to me, after a few weeks it was passed again. Sep 20th: AOR + Medical passed, Sep24th: medical changed to the standard message, Oct 6th: Medical passed.

I have no idea, sorry. But I'd submit a web form with the medical proof attached.

Medical was done in 2018 to renew the Visa. They didn't request anything else except Biometrics.

Update today: Decision made on ECAS, but no details about it, when checking my online account there is nothing, it's 53%, everything "in process" except the medical passed on Oct 10th. I should expect that "decision is made" I guess...

I also received the same e-mail about an application for eTA (Jun/2017) which was approved at that time. I have other applications closed in my account but I received the e-mails only related to the 2 applications linked later on (PR and eTA).

"Biometrics Collection Letter" received today.

I did the same for the Biometrics, I sent again the receipt and I asked the letter to proceed with the biometrics, on the next day I received the PAL, I think they use this letter just to calm us down lol...and btw no letter about the biometrics so far.

In my case, I received the PAL on Oct 19th and my "background check" is still in progress.

I know, I'm just sharing the updates from my account.

Medical exams are old, I do them maybe ~2 years ago. The biometrics was paid at the same day as the AOR, since then no news, no updates, except the one from today.

Update today: Medical passed Oct 6th, but when checking “ecas” it says “medical received “, it was passed on the same day of my AOR, and it changed to in progress a few days later, now it's back to “passed”. Let's see...

Hello again :) Today, when doing my daily check on my account I saw the message "Application status is currently unavailable. Please try again later", anyone else experiencing that?

Hello, My application started at 46% when I linked it online, a few days later it changed to 47% and today I see 48%, but the estimated final date it's the same (Dec 9th, 2022) since the beginning, did someone here note the changes on the %? Just curious....
