i am really scared. I have given details to IDP for IBM sep 2019 intake. The website says within 5 days you will hear but 1 week has passed and i got nothing. Also, IDP agent has not shared any ID or password with me to check my application status. What should i expect?

I have applied for IBM at Douglas college a week ago through IDP but i haven't received any letter. As people say you get letter from Douglas within 5 days, i am lil concerned. IDP has not shared any ID or password.
