You can go ahead with this application. You need to submit proof that you and your spouse living separately from 1 year and also submit the proof that you applied for divorce like File Docket number or some court affidavit.

Your situation is pretty much same as of me. You can make an affidavit of separation stating you and your spouse are legally separated now and filing for divorce. You need to give them surety that you don't going to sponsor your spouse in future. For more information, ping me.

I was having pretty much similar case and I got the PR last month. Yes, you can submit petition copy and affidavit from advocate. Additionally submit affidavit saying you will not sponsor ur spouse in future if you reconcile with her and also submit a letter wxplaining the whole situation.

You need to submit medical of your daughter whether she is accompanying you or not. As you are not divorced yet, she is considered as your family member. If you don't submit medical or PCC of your daughter, then you need to give explanation why you not submitting (giving custody to your spouse)...

Don't worry as long as you submit your remedical through webform. It will change when they will review your remedical.

Ghost updates normally comes when officer made some update on your application. Some people get ghost update just before PPR.

Did you order GCMS notes? If not, then order it. Also fill the webform asking what's the current status of your application and where its stuck? Sometimes webform reply gives you more information then on call.

You can file for divorce in court whether she agrees or not so you will get document from court having your file no. or docket no. saying you already applied for divorce. You can submit that document to CIC along with explanation letter that you already applied for divorce and it will take time.

CIC will ask for supporting documents for divorce or legal separation. You can submit court petition copy and explain them that divorce is under process and it may take time. You also need to submit affidavit signed by you that you donot sponsor your spouse later if you reconcile with him later.

what we can do in this except to wait for any further updates..... I applied for gcms notes before 2 months still didnt get it..... This wait is killing me but we can't do anything unfortunately.....
