Hello, I want to travel to US by April and so I want to apply for US visa pending when I receive my PR card. I don't wan't to apply after receiving my PR card because of the delay in getting interview for the US visa. Can I apply with my Copr?.

The tracking number for sending the passport is on the receipt given at shoppers drug mart The tracking number for the prepaid enveloped was peeled out of the envelope and glued on the receipt for me. So they are two different numbers

You just need to track the prepaid envelope with the tracking number given to you. If its on its way you will get an update and if not you will see nothing. At least that was how i got to know that my passport was on its way back. I don't know about others. PS.. I am an inland applicant. Waiting...
