If she's a Canadian citizen, I don't see how it would affect your ITA or application. Wait for experienced people's replies, but I don't think it will affect your application.

If your NOC doesn't really affect your score at the time of invitation, it's highly unlikely that it will change IRCC's decision regarding your application. I'm no expert but you getting refused just because of NOC, which in some cases is very ambiguous and also doesn't affect your score...

Idk about them, but I got my MEP, which was Friday if i am not mistaken, and then the following Monday, I got the email from WES. No updates from IRCC yet, though.
