I called IRCC and they informed me that the PR card was mailed on 1st November, on the date when I received the email that stated the PR card was issued. It may take approx couple of weeks as per their instructions and need to inform them back if not received within 6 weeks or so.

When you say it was sent for production, did you receive an email regarding that or checked the status on eCAS or inspect tool? Can you share exactly what it mentioned?
