Originally we sent our package in August. But birth certificate for kid was not translated. So I had to fix it and resent back with cover letter-explanation. And, like Mr. Admin said, it was brand new. So our journey is a bit longer, but all good.

We applied as family (5). I put my email for myself and kids and my wife put her own email. So, I received to my email AOR for myself and kids and wife received separately. Check spam box as well, I saw in the thread some people are getting AORs in there also.
