Hi folks , When I filled interest to sponsor form I listed my father as primary applicant. Can I change it now & make my mother as the primary applicant ? Both will land together!

In the form imm1344e do i need to reply YES to the below question. question : Are you sponsoring a member of family class or a member of spouse or common-law partner under Canada class ? I am sponsoring my parents , do they fall under family class ?
