Hello Forum! For the document required for Quebec, the instructions say to provide a “copy,” does that mean my parent can scan and send me a document, and then I just print it out to submit? Or do the documents need to be original? Thanks!

Hello @scylla, I requested GCMS note and what’s written is that “after many attempts poor quality of finger prints”. I submitted 2 applications since 2021 and nobody did ask to re-do fingerprint. What does this mean and what should I do in that case? Any recommendations? Thanks
