    She just called the call center and the agent took a long time to check then he said that she could either send a webform to explain what happen or send the passport to get a TRV then go to the border and ask for a study permit... seriously?

    I don't understand why some people get AOR then nothing else, others get AOR and medical passed, others get bio refund and nothing else... Is it related to technical issues in the system? Do they all mean that the agent started working on the file? It's very confusing and stressful!
