Just an update for my case my decision was made on August 20th 2019 and received it by mail 10 days later.

So you mean that it is normal that my status did not change from received to processing after 8 months? Because I heard some people saying if your status didnt changr within 3 months thats mean you have something wrong with your application.

In my case my application didn’t go through as i called IRCC thats why I applied online and got it after 30 days.
