I did that too actually twice a long time ago since the application reached beyond the 12 months normal processing times I even contacted my local MP too and ordered GCMS notes but no progress yet still stuck from security check.

so happy for you Jenny! wow that's 19 months all in all. Hopefully I will be getting good news pretty soon, April 2018 applicant.

Still waiting, I am also April 2018 applicant. Followed-up with IRCC web, contacted MP already and they replied saying our application still on process. Turning 16 months next month (Sep). Hopefully DM soon.

I heard from a friend of mine that maximum processing times for inland spousal sponsorship is 16 months. So I can still wait until September, hope there will be a good news before that.

We already contacted our local MP to find out the status of our application, still stuck in criminality it says still in process and security verifications have not been initiated. Our application is already 15 months benchmark and no update in ECAS yet.

We came there by 10:15pm and they are open everyday, make sure you will do the landing before 11pm as Immigration Office opens daily from 8am till 11pm otherwise you will return back the next morning. Officer just only asked my current and old permits, COPR and passport, asked me two questions...

I got the passport back after 2 days (once return tracker activated). Landed in Coutts on Friday night. Nice and smooth. No harsh. Handed over to the Immigration Officer my passport, COPR and my old and current work permits, after 15 minutes he called, he signed and approved! Finally! Thanks God!
