Hi, it was the Diploma certificate for the spouse (dependent) for Canadian college, it doesn't bring any points and at the time of AOR we didn't have it , so we uploaded the Graduation letter. It turns out they wanted the Certificate.

I'm not sure for the TRV, but for PR children do need medical, even babies. Web form will take more than a week to reply, you can try calling the help center: "IRCC Call Centre (1-888-242-2100), from within Canada only, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm local time, except for statutory holidays)...
