i tried bro.....not able to upload from mobile....dont have laptop access... somewhere i heard that the PPR letter issued from Ottawa is considered in any VFS.

yes my spouse in delhi has to submit her physical passport, only 4 days remaining for completion of 30 days..m

yes after PPR , but my wife is in India and i M in Canada, i submit my passport and got COPR also....but my wife in India dont get any mail, i inform IRCC many times but dont get any reply.....

they confused me, i call IRCC 1 officer told me that i can submit at VFS and another next day i call for second opinion, 2nd officer told me i can submit only after my wife recieved mail from ircc...
