Yes, I had to pay 23 Euros if I remember correctly. You can just log into the portal, request for the appropriate document and in the notes/comments, ask them to seal the envelope and provide all the mailing instructions provided by WES. Under the delivery address, enter the complete WES address...

Countries like Singapore and Hong Kong iissue police clearance certificates only after IRCC issues a letter (not ITA) for issuing the certificate. In rare cases, it's possible to still get using ITA, but not always. What you need to do is, on a blank sheet, state that you will need a requisition...

They allow Outland calls, but there appears to be an automated message today (from updates on the other threads) that the call agents are unable to access the applications as the system is down. Please also check the other threads, and you'll see that no one is able to access their applications...

@ca_aspirant it is normally almost immediate, but the application system seems to be down for several hours today. Even those who have already submitted our applications and received our AORs are able to access our applications today. So don't worry - try logging in again once the system is back up.

@CA98712, Yes, you are allowed to do your medical exam from any panel physician in any country you'd like.

Yes because for some PCCs, having an ITA is mandatory before applying for one (example: Indian PCC when applying through the Indian Embassy in Singapore, Singapore PCC etc.)
