I started at 10 am and was put in queue a little after 3 pm and finally spoke to an agent 4:15ish...

Hey! That was the response I received a couple of weeks ago. I finally gave in to the temptation and called IRCC. The agent on the line politely told me my file was approved Dec. 21st. He told me to be patient and I should receive the the PPR email soon. Totally forgot to ask what my visa office...
