once vistor’s visa got refused,if we reapply with the requirements.whether they will check the documents related with the refusal reasons or they will check all the documents.bcoz one of my friend said that she got second time refusal with different reason which she satisfied at the first time.

I have applied in November 26th 2018.I didn’t get any update My husband work permit will be expired on July.So I didn’t submit medical certificate...is it necessary to submit? Need suggestion please
