What you said they asked was proof of cohabitation but what you described you sent was proof of relationship. These are two totally different things. You may have been in a relationship for 10 years but in order to apply for PR you also need to prove that you have lived together at least 1 year...

Think logically. The reason you would apply for PR is so that you would't have to get a visa to live and work in Canada. SO, now that you have PR why would a visa be relevant? Do you need visa to work in your home country? You don't need a visa if you're a PR.

You should bring anything that proves your current legal status in Canada. If you're currently in Canada with tourist visa you should bring any proof of that (maybe a stamp in passport?). Payment made by you would not be temp resident doc issued by CIC.
