Ghost update for us today!

Does anyone remember how long their eligibility review took for their OWP? My partner's status just changed to that today because we sent his OWP application in December. He needed to restore his status since his previous permit expired in October.

Do you think that my partner and I should update his work history on his PR application? When we sent his application he was employed here in Calgary but since then his application for an OWP has been sent back as incomplete (after his previous work permit expired) so he is in restoration now...
